It is quite an unusual winter for St. Louis. Neither snow, nor low temperatures, with temperatures of up to 60 degrees, and that at the beginning of February. Last year at this time, the ground was covered by a few inches of snow. Without the blanket of snow on the ground, it means no sledding, snowboarding or snowball wars outside.
But it does not mean it is a bad winter.
