Weather or not?

The weather in St. Louis has been described as many things, but consistent is not one of those. This winter was basically non-existent with very little snowfall, which translated into zero snow days.
The previous winter was much, much worse, as it was St. Louis’ 11th snowiest winter on record.
Not only is the snowfall inconsistent, but the temperatures also vary greatly.
On March 14, the high reached above the previous record of 82 degrees set in 1971. Today, March 15, is also supposed to be another record day. The previous record high for March 15 was set way back in 1945.
To give some perspective, the average temperature in 2011 for the month of March was 47.2 degrees according to the National Weather Service.
Also, the overall average high temperature for the month of March is 55 degrees.
This March may end up setting more than just a couple of records, but watch out because April could be in the 30s.
