All three volleyball teams traveled to Parkway North on April 19 and finished 2-1 on the night.
The varsity team was the only squad to drop its matches against the Vikings.
“We’ve beaten Parkway North twice and I think we went into the game a little too cocky,” varsity player junior Jacob Reese said. “We still played hard and fought for the win, it just didn’t work our way this time.”
Varsity player sophomore Auston Bonte said there is always something that needs improvement no matter if the team wins or loses.
“Personally, my passes were off so I really need to work on that,” Bonte said. “As a team, we need to talk more and communicate on the court.”
