Love Your Job Or Quit Your Job

Love Your Job Or Quit Your Job

Throughout my life, I have seen people who are not happy with where they are in life because of their job.  If people’s attitudes toward their jobs interfere with how they act toward the customers, then they should quit their job, no matter how much they need their money, or they need to change their attitude.  I have experienced these types of people, like waiters or waitresses for instance.  Sometimes, they have been so angry or upset that they would treat me and my family poorly while out eating.  Not only does that make the customers unhappy, it will make the waiters unhappy when it will result in a very small tip.

This also works with teachers.  If teachers do not like children or teenagers, they are in the wrong line of business.  I had a teacher in the 4th grade who just seemed to hate all of us and never taught us anything.  I always knew that she was in the wrong business because of her behavior.  This also goes with any other business including gas stations and banks.  The change in attitude by people choosing jobs they really like instead of just settling on a job will lead to better businesses and better customer service.
