As the weather starts to get warmer, students will start to wear their summer clothes to school, but are these summer clothes really appropriate to wear to school? If you have to think about what you’re wearing before walking out of the house, chances are it’s not okay.

When you walk down the hallways, you can see girls who need to look in the mirror before they go to school. They have on too tight of shorts that they can’t move in, and a top that is cut too low. They wear dressy clothes where the straps are either non-existent or too thin.

Girls, instead of wearing tight shorts, it’s OK to wear shorts that actually fit. If you want to wear that low cut top, wear an undershirt under it. That way no one will feel uncomfortable when you come around. Wear a cardigan or a jacket over the dressy clothes if you feel the need to wear it.

So before you go out of the house, make sure what you wear to school is something you would wear to a family event.
