Students at the METC Conference got to experience over 75 booths in the exhibit hall displaying new innovative technologies to benefit classrooms for now and in the future.

Seller Mr. John Zindle from a company called ScreenBeam told students about a new wireless projection display that allows teachers to get up from their desk while connected to the air display.

“Our product gives teachers the ability for the teacher to walk around and interact with students while giving a lecture,” Zindle said. “It’s better than other devices because now teachers are able to really interact with students more one-on-one.”

This device would really help teachers when it comes to students who have a hard time staying on task because teachers would be engaged with students while they are still lecturing.

“Our main buyers so far are educators which is who we sell the most to, and medical businesses.”

This projector would bring many benefits to a classroom.

“It would give teachers mobility,” he said. “We really believe that teachers are the most important technology in the classroom, and this would allow them to get away from their desk.”
