Pattonville athletic teams set for busy week

Pattonville+athletic+teams+set+for+busy+week

Eight Pattonville teams begin their games and competitions this week, as all have prepared for the challenges behind a new season.

“I’m excited to see our kids out playing, after practicing for weeks,” said Pattonville athletic director Bob Hebrank. “It’s always fun to get the games started and have students get excited about the games.”

Below are the following dates and locations (@ – away, vs. – home) of the first games for Varsity teams that compete this week:

Varsity Boys’ Soccer- Wednesday, August 28 @ Parkway West (6 p.m.)

Varsity Football- Friday, August 30 vs. Kirkwood (7 p.m.)

Varsity Softball- Wednesday, August 28 @ Ballwin Athletic Association- playing Parkway North (4 p.m.)

Boys’ Swimming- Friday, August 30 vs. Timberland (4 p.m.)

Girls’ Golf- Thursday, August 29 @ Berry Hill Golf Course (4 p.m.)

Girls’ Tennis- Wednesday, August 28 @ St. Dominic High School (4 p.m.)

Boys and Girls Cross Country- Saturday, August 31 @ Castlewood State Park (9 a.m.)

 

Other teams do not play in their first match-up until September:

Varsity Girls Volleyball- Wednesday, September 4 vs. Kirkwood (5:15 p.m.)

Girls’ Field Hockey- Tuesday, September 3 @ Parkway South (5:30 p.m.)
