Ms. Adams–Academic Monitor
Mrs. Adams is PHS’s new academic monitor, and she is not new to Pattonville. In fact, this is her third year in the district. Before being an academic monitor, Mrs. Adams was a half-time art teacher for two years. Before coming to Pattonville, she worked at Marshall High School in Marshall, Missouri; she also taught elementary art in Troy.
PHS is where Mrs. Adams did her student teaching with Mrs. Kathriner. Mrs.Adams attended St. Louis Community College, SIUE (BFA in Metalsmithing, BS in Art education), Lindenwood (MA in Education), and she grew up in Florissant, where she graduated from McCluer North.
Mrs. Adams has a daughter who is four. She would be an art therapist if she were not in education, and her favorite quote is “just keep swimming.”
