During the indoor dining ban, restaurants in our community are struggling to stay afloat. Supporting these businesses through carryout and gift cards can help.
From dealing with lost jobs, closed businesses, new school schedules, and potential illness, COVID-19 has taken its toll on everyone. Local St. Louis restaurants have taken a huge financial hit since St. Louis County enacted recent policies that included an indoor dining ban for restaurants.
Some restaurants have had to close, some have been shut down by St. Louis County for not following COVID-19 health safety orders, but others have been able to stay open through providing take out and delivery.
The Pirate Press Staff has compiled a list of local restaurants in the Pattonville School District that are still open and offering take out or delivery. While some have had to temporarily close, these businesses are trying to make it through the indoor dining ban.
Supporting local restaurants is essential to keeping them in business. Ordering delivery and take out, preferably straight through the restaurant, will go a long way. And, don’t forget the gift cards.
