Students usually look forward to the weekend to get away from school, but 35 sophomores volunteered to show up at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning to take a practice AP European History exam.
Ms. Lori Cole and Mr. Ben Schamber offer this opportunity to students to see what it will be like to take their first AP exam in a couple of weeks.
Schamber said the exam consists of 55 multiple choice questions, four short answer questions, one document-based question and a long essay question.
“This three-and-a-half hour long exam tests their ability to use numerous historical thinking skills, document analysis and essay writing to potentially earn college credit.”
