Pirrie has fun celebrating Halloween

Halloweekend & Halloween

Halloween is a time for spookiness, candy, and costumes. It’s a time of happiness and maybe even fright! Haunted houses, pumpkin patches, corn mazes and more.

Although Halloween landed on a Tuesday this year, it didn’t stop the Halloween fun for many students.

Sophomore Michael Pirrie celebrated Halloween over the weekend and on Halloween night.

“[Over Halloweekend] I went to a fun party but I was home by 11:30 p.m. and went to bed.”

A costume is the one thing everyone spends so much time choosing and candy is the most important factor of the holiday. Pirrie uniquely chose to be a Hoodlum for Halloween!

Passing out candy or receiving treats is also a big thing. Unfortunately for Pirrie, “I passed out candy to kids in my neighborhood but only one kid came to my door.”
