Pattonville’s Chamber Choir ended its long run of holiday concerts with a performance at Powell Symphony Hall with the St. Louis Symphony on Dec. 17. The group of students had spent multiple days in class, and even some time outside of school, preparing for the event.

After going for four years in a row, senior Trinity Gleghorn explained her favorite part of the experience.

“I loved being able to sing on stage and say I sang for a full house at Powell Symphony Hall and just hearing how beautiful the orchestra was,” Gleghorn said. “I also enjoyed meeting and working with Kevin McBeth, the director, and Gemma Knew, the conductor.”

The ensemble completed a 5-song set including Ding Dong Merrily on High and A Holly Jolly Sing Song.

The students performed a total of five shows at Powell Symphony Hall. There were two shows each on Friday and Saturday and one show on Sunday.
