After a long, long grueling school year, the time to prepare for finals and get summer rolling has finally arrived. All year long, students have worked to take their final exams and race to the pools, and this week and next week, the time has come.

Summer time is full of fun activities, parties, hang outs, and relaxation.

Senior Sydney Olishile is in the home stretch of finishing high school for good.

“It’s exciting but also nerve wracking because now I have to go in the real-world and be on my own.”

But, before college starts summer happens.

“I want to just have a fun and successful summer with my friends before we all leave.”

Being a senior, time flies. The past four years have come and gone in the blink of an eye and she said summer is now a time to be cherished before it’s time to say final goodbyes to the friends she’s made over the past four years.

“It’s about making memories that last forever.”
