Holi event sells tickets at lunch for $7

The International Club is hosting an Indian Holi festival that will be held at Pattonville High School on Tuesday, May 15 from 10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

The event costs $7 and will include a white T-shirt, authentic Indian cuisine, music, and henna.

THIS EVENT WAS RESCHEDULED FROM AN EARLIER DATE

The main event will be a game of tag where you put on the white T-shirt provided and throw colored powder at the shirts to color them.

“I think people will really appreciate this event because it’s so much fun and celebrates diversity,” junior Amna Saeed said. “It’s also a fun way to celebrate the end of finals.”

Come celebrate unity, new beginnings, and spring. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the soccer field.

Tickets are on sale during all lunch periods for $7.
