Pattonville’s after-school and evening activities canceled for Nov. 12

In an email sent by the Director of School Community Relations, Mickey Schoonover, all after-school activities and athletics are canceled in the Pattonville School District on Nov. 12 due to inclement weather.
“All after-school activities and athletic events are canceled in the Pattonville School District today, Nov. 12, due to inclement weather. All schools will dismiss according to their regular schedules. Only district after-school and evening activities are canceled; Pattonville’s after-care and YMCA latchkey programs are not canceled and will operate on their regular schedules.”
At the time of cancellation, the forecast showed snow conditions with low visibility, and a windchill of 25 degrees.
The Maryland Heights weather forecast shows snow until 7 p.m. with below freezing temperatures. The forecast for Tuesday morning will be 22 degrees.
