What is your morning routine?
- “I like to arrive [to work] early, usually about 6:30, drink my coffee, eat breakfast (usually a protein bar) and answer emails. I make sure all my materials are ready to go for the class day and then visit with my colleagues.”
Are you married, have kids, or have pets?
- “I am married to my high school sweetheart, 33 years. We have 3 kids and 2 Labrador Retrievers.”
How do you hope students will remember you and your class?
- “As their school mom. I like to think of myself as the person to come to; if you need anything, I probably have it. Also, someone that will make them feel valued, heard, and loved.”
