On Monday, Sept. 30th. Pattonville held one of its two annual pep rallies. The Monday rally showcased HOCO court members, Fall Sports teams, and performances by the Cheer and Drill teams, Color Guard, and Band.
The next Pep Rally is on Friday, Oct. 4. Students will participate in a variety of games to compete with the other classes. Later that night, PHS will host their Homecoming football game against Seckman High School. The theme for the game is a White-Out. Tickets are $5 and student tickets can be pre-purchased during all lunches for quicker admission. Keep in mind that readmission is a no-go, once you leave you cannot re-enter. Additionally, tickets are only on sale until half-time. During halftime, look out for the student section and their powder throw, and watch as PHS crowns their Homecoming King and Queen for 2024.
On Saturday morning, the Homecoming Parade will make its way through the surrounding subdivision. Each Class, many clubs, and many community members will have a float or walking unit.
On Saturday night, the main event of the week will take place at PHS in the main gym from 7 PM-10 PM. The doors will open at 6:30. A more casual-formal hybrid dress code is in place, so dress accordingly. HOCO court as well as the newly crowned King and Queen will be announced again during the festivities as well as the class competition winner for the week
Remember to enjoy your week with spirit, Pattonville! If you have any questions, reach out to a STUCO representative, or your principal.
