In America, there are restaurants everywhere you turn.

The Mongolian BBQ Buffet in Chesterfield is amazing. The choices are broad and stay pretty close to just Asian-style food.  Their sesame chicken is very tender and juicy. The spices added are awesome.

They also have many sushi choices. They have crab, rice and seaweed. The sushi is sweet and has an odd texture: slimy. The other sushi has rice and some type of fish with a sauce on it. That was great. It was spicy yet sweet.

Their teriyaki chicken is extremely tender and very flavorful. The sauce is a thin layer of teriyaki sauce.  They also have battered shrimp. It is very, very buttery and fell apart easily.

For dessert, they have many options. One was a nice, hot doughnut. It was flaky, sweet and fluffy. They also have a little chocolate dessert but it was bland and not very good.

All in all, it might take you a little while to get out there but the restaurant is worth the gas and the price.
