The Pattonville orchestra and choir went on a trip to Nashville, Tenn., to perform in the WorldStrides Heritage competition. The orchestra received a gold rating and finished in 1st place in their division. The concert choir received a silver rating and finished in 2nd place and the treble choir received a silver rating and placed 3rd in their divisions.
While in Nashville, both groups toured RCA Studio B, visited the Country Music Hall of Fame, saw the Parthenon, visited the Hermitage, went to the Grand Ole Opry, and had dinner, did line dancing and had the awards ceremony at the Wildhorse Saloon.
