Based on the novel by Isaac Marion, Warm Bodies tells the story of R, a zombie who is trying to figure out what to do with his “life.” R’s “life” seems fairly simple until he meets Julie, a

human who has been trained to kill zombies. Ironically, this does not stop R from befriending Julie.

As the friendship between R and Julie grows stronger, both begin to re-evaluate how they have been living their lives. R wonders if there is a way to break away from the traditional zombie stereotype, and Julie begins to question if all zombies are really a threat like she has been taught to believe.

Many viewers

speculate that Warm Bodies is just another movie about the supernatural that teenage girls will go crazy over. However, this movie approaches the supernatural theme in a new and unique way. Warm Bodies is full of carefree humor and even has a few action scenes.

Don’t be cold-hearted by not going to see Warm Bodies. This dramatic comedy is a great movie for teens to go out and see on a weekend.
