All Renaissance students should meet in Mrs. Moritz’s room immediately after school today to hang locker signs.  

 

The Art Club will meet after school today in G108.

 

Photography club will have a short meeting after school today in Mrs. Willen’s room, B107.

 

PTO GRANT APPLICATIONS are available in the Activities Office.  Applications must be completed and returned (with supporting documents) to the College Career Center April 30.

 

Show someone you care this Valentine’s Day and send some Carnations.  The Student Council will be selling Carnations at all lunches and they will be delivered on Valentine’s Day.  Each flower costs $1.00 and this year, you can add a heart sucker to your card for an additional dollar and the proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association.  Carnations will be sold until Friday, Feb. 10th.

 

GSA will holding a Valentines Day celebration today after school in room G101.  Join us for fun times.

 

The Student Council is hosting a Casa Night this Thursday night at the Casa Gallardo in Bridgeton on the Rock Road to raise money for The American Heart Association.  Ask a Stuco Member for an informational flyer or get one at our Red-Out T-Shirt sale table, bring it with you to dinner, and we will receive 15% of the profits from your meal to help with our Red-Out Basketball Game.  Bring a flyer, get some dinner, and help out a great cause!

 

Don’t forget the Red-Out Basketball Game is THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!  Get your Red T-Shirt at all lunch sessions to wear to school on Friday and to the game Friday night.  T-Shirts start at $10.00 a piece and the proceeds support the American Heart Association.  

 

CAN you open your heart?  Please help the Pirate Code feed members of the Pattonville community.  The Pirate Code will sponsor a can food drive February 14-28.  Can foods can be dropped off each morning starting February 14 in the commons, from 6:45-7:10 am.  As can foods are dropped off, a notation will be made as to which Pirate Connections class the student or staff is a part of.  The Pirate Connections class with the most can food donations at the end of our drive will receive a donut party.  Happy Giving!

ATHLETIC, CHEERLEADING, AND DRILL TEAM PHYSICAL EXAMS
In accordance with Missouri State High School Activities Office guidelines, students must have a current physical on file prior to tryouts.~ Physical exams are scheduled at Pattonville High School on February 21 from 4-6 pm.~ You must call the Activities Office (314-213-8058) to RSVP.~ Cost is $25.00…make checks payable to Advanced Training and Rehab.~ If cleared by the physician, this physical is good through the 2012-13 school year for all athletes, cheerleading and drill team members.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
UMSL Volunteer Service is accepting Service Academy applications.  Stop by the Community Service Office if interested.

 

MARYLAND HEIGHTS 11TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL DAY on Sunday, February 26 from 12-5 pm needs volunteers to carry flags representing your country of origin.  Contact the Community Service Office immediately if interested.  

 

11TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL ARTS FESTIVAL “CELEBRATE THE WORLD”, Sunday, February 26 from 12-5 pm located at Maryland Heights Centre is in need of volunteers.  Stop by the CSO for more information.
