Don’t be surprised this week if you see tape people around the school. Ms. Zoll’s sculpture students were creating tape sculptures in class.
The students had to wrap a real thing in packaging tape and wrapping themselves sounded like the best idea to some students.
Juniors Star Huddleston and Craig Lasserre and senior Riley Ayers created a window washer.
Their project is different than everyone else’s because their sculpture has a piece of each of them in it.
Different parts of the body don’t really fit but that is what makes the project look so interesting.
While talking to Huddleston about the sculpture, she sounded a little nervous about putting their project somewhere in the school.
In the past, a lot of students terrorized the projects but as Zoll said, “The point of the project is to show people your talent and see how they react.”
Huddleston’s group plans to hang their sculpture on one of the school windows.
So when you’re in the halls during finals week, look around and see if you can spot the school’s new window washer.
