On Tuesday, February 11, DECA members under the direction of Mr. Doug McGhee, Mr. Kelly Thames, and Mrs. Holly Martinez attended DECA Districts at the St. Louis Outlet Mall. DECA members first participated in a 100 question multiple choice test that was specific to their individual or team topic and then went on to the role-play portion of the event. After taking the test and participating in role play, scores were averaged out between the two events and that determined the score. All members who took either first, second, or third (in some events) place in their competition are eligible to attend DECA’s State competition in the Lake of the Ozarks.

Mariah Kirby- 3rd Place Food Marketing
