Guitar and Pantera are possibly the two most important things to junior Christian Lucz.

Lucz has been a fan of Pantera (a heavy metal band from Arlington, Texas) for as long as he can remember.

His favorite moment from his entire life was finally learning how to play their hit song ‘Walk’ on his guitar.

Lucz has been so impacted by this band that they are the reason he decided to learn how to play guitar in the first place.

Pantera’s guitarist Dimebag Darrell, who was killed on stage by a mentally unstable fan, has been a role model to Lucz as he hopes to one day be as great of a guitar player as Darrell.

Lucz practices his guitar skills whenever he has any free time, getting as good as he can so one day he can become the great guitarist his role model Darrell was.

When asked what he was most proud of, Lucz said, “I’d have to say my choice in friends, because without them I don’t know where I would be. I hope that one day I can make them proud and thank them while I’m on a big stage in front of thousands of people.”
