PHS ran at the Wildwood meet on September 30.

Senior Luke Stevenson, who is one of the leaders of the team, broke one of his timing records in his last race.

“We did well last year, but we look to improve more this season,” Stevenson said.

Stevenson finished second in the boys varsity race and other senior leaders Ian Moore and Kyle Manker finished 64th and 83rd.

“We have some new freshmans on the teams and I want to be a leader to inspire them to improve throughout the season,” Moore said.

“One thing I’m looking forward to is breaking more of my time records since it’s my senior year, and I’m sure most of the seniors feel the same,” said Stevenson.

Manker finished 83rd in the most recent race and wants to keep improving in the future.

As this is the seniors last season, they want to make it special by breaking their personal records as much as possible.

“In this upcoming race, I want to try and place top 50th at least,” Manker said.
