Pattonville gears up for wrestling meet against rival school Ritenour
With the end of the wrestling season right around the corner, Pattonville is gearing up for its second to last meet of the year. The Pirates will be traveling down St. Charles Rock Road where they will be facing off against rival Ritenour High School.
“I’m pretty nervous to be wrestling against the school rival, it’s a lot of pressure, but I believe I can get the win if I try hard enough,” varsity wrestler junior Devon Santacruz said. “I believe in our team and hopefully we can win tonight as a team.”
The meet will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at Ritenour High School. It starts at 5 p.m.
